We will continue to carefully select and continually evaluate all suppliers to ensure that the product range remains current meets the needs of the constantly changing market and adheres to our strict quality and supply standards. We have served a very broad range of customer's for many years and have developed a wide expertise in catering for the needs of all market sectors and you can be assured that we understand the businesses in these areas and their needs and we will endeavour to provide tailored solutions to meet these demands.

The company currently employs 30 full time staff many of whom have been with the company in excess of 10 years and have attended many in-house and manufacturers staff development programmes. This is important to us in providing a well trained staff dedicated to delivering a first class service to every customer and this also leads to their own personal development and to support company success. Our sales team are pleased to be able to offer a quick, friendly and efficient service from order to delivery, whatever the size of the customer's organisation and provide up to date information on products and equipment. Our office and field based sales team are fully trained and skilled in all market sectors to understand the needs of all of the areas they manage on a daily basis and will give unbiased help and expertise with prompt and impartial advice.

With 2 distribution depots located in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire and Thetford, Norfolk we are never far from you and offer a fast, friendly and reliable service to all of our customer's throughout London and the Home Counties and carry out the deliveries of goods using our own dedicated modern fleet of vehicles and our own company employed drivers to deliver stock items typically within 48hrs, special order products will take a little longer.
